Responsible Gambling
The Law prohibits minor
persons (under 18-year-olds) from betting. We may at any time ask you to
confirm your age. You indemnify us of any damages if you deceive us or
misrepresent your age. Underage clients will have their accounts closed
immediately and any balances forfeit. We may also suspend ANY account for any
reason and ask you to come with ID to one of our offices or agents to prove
age, and identity. Individuals suspecting underage gambling are encouraged to
report this to us immediately on our customer service number or via email
to [email protected]
The gambling industry
(operators, vendors, control boards, and governments) take a variety of
initiatives to ensure the integrity and fairness of all stakeholders. It also
raises awareness of the dangers and consequences of gambling, such as addiction
and financial loss. Among these are several policies that provide a safe user
experience while also protecting users from potential negative consequences.
Responsible gambling is educational in nature, as it not only shares
information about safe betting but also ways to identify problems and seek help
if they arise.
We believe that gaming
should always be a pleasurable experience, and that our customers can benefit
from betting. Please keep the following tips in mind; they will help you stay
in control and ensure that gaming does not become a problem.
1. Only gamble with
money you can afford to lose.
2. Gambling should be
fun rather than a means of making money.
3. Always gamble
sensibly and never chase your losses.
4. Keep track of the
amount of time and money you spend.
5. Maintain a healthy
balance of gambling and other activities. Consider whether you still enjoy
betting if it is your only source of entertainment.
6. Take regular gambling
breaks. You can choose to self-exclude, and our well-trained staff will contact
you to confirm your decision.
7. Do not gamble if you
are under the influence of alcohol or are upset.
